Distance Selling Agreement

1. Parties

This Distance Selling Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into electronically between the SELLER (the independent creator selling through the Creatifx3D platform) and the BUYER (the customer purchasing the digital product), with Creatifx3D acting solely as the intermediary platform provider and marketplace infrastructure.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this Agreement is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers regarding the digital sale and delivery of the 3D model, asset, or design file (the "Product") that the BUYER ordered electronically through the internet site.

3. Price, Payment, and Fees

The total price of the Product, including all applicable taxes, is indicated to the BUYER on the checkout page before the purchase is finalized. Payments are processed securely via our payment partners (e.g., PayTR).

Upon successful payment validation by the BUYER's bank or credit card provider, the order is confirmed and the digital contract is deemed active.

4. Delivery of Digital Content

Since the product subject to this agreement is an intangible digital asset (such as .STL, .OBJ, .FBX files), delivery is carried out electronically. Immediately upon confirmation of successful payment, the BUYER will be granted access to download the digital files via their 'Downloads' or 'My Library' page.

No physical items will be shipped under this Agreement.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Exception for Digital Goods)

By Consumer Law regulations, the Right of Withdrawal (İade Hakkı) does not apply to contracts for the performance of services or the supply of digital content which are executed instantly in the electronic environment (such as downloaded software, digital 3D models, or digital designs).

Therefore, once the BUYER completes the purchase and gains access to the downloadable digital file, the sale is final and cannot be refunded or returned. Please refer to our Return Policy for limited exceptions regarding defective or corrupted files.
